A true highlight of this holiday home is undoubtedly the pool area, featuring a 23-square-metre swimming pool, a hot tub that seats five people, and an aromatic sauna. Here you can unwind and enjoy the pleasant atmosphere. The pool area offers magnificent views of the green surroundings that stretch as far as the eye can see. The pool is heated by an energy-efficient heat pump, significantly reducing electricity consumption.

The spacious living area with open-plan kitchen invites you to linger. The wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere with its crackling fire. Comfortable leather sofas and armchairs offer perfect relaxation spots, while large windows provide beautiful views of the greenery and terrace. The walls feature wood panelling, and both the living room and bedrooms have laminate flooring. The energy-efficient heat pump provides additional comfort.
For entertainment, you'll find German TV channels, a DVD player and complimentary Wi-Fi.
The large dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals, game nights and lively gatherings. From the living room, large windows look through to the pool area. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. The five bedrooms contain five double beds and one single bed. Additionally, there's a converted loft with three extra sleeping spaces for children. There are two bathrooms, each with a shower, natural light windows and underfloor heating.
