This large stone house exudes charm both inside and out. The red brick walls combined with light wooden ceilings create a cosy atmosphere, enhanced by the welcoming furnishings. This architecturally interesting holiday home, decorated with attention to detail, is the ideal place for relaxation and recuperation.

Everyone can find their own space to unwind, with a conservatory featuring underfloor heating - perfect for settling down with a good book or simply enjoying views of the beautiful grounds. On cooler days, the crackling wood-burning stove provides welcome warmth while the wind sweeps around outside, and you can prepare delicious holiday meals in the well-equipped kitchen. After dinner, the dishwasher takes care of the cleaning up.

The mezzanine provides additional sleeping space, ideal for children. The large gable windows were replaced in 2024 with noise-insulating versions.

From the living room, you have access to the wonderful terrace furnished with comfortable garden furniture. The terrace is partially open, partially screened, and partly covered, allowing you to enjoy the fresh North Sea air even when it's raining.

The entire plot is surrounded by beautiful bushes and trees, protecting you from the sometimes harsh westerly winds and offering privacy. Here you can sunbathe in complete seclusion while your children enjoy the excellent play area with swings, sandpit and playhouse.

You can end a long summer evening around the cosy firepit while the setting sun paints the evening sky in beautiful shades of red. An electric barbecue and patio heater are also provided.
