The 105 square metres include the open-plan living and dining area, kitchen, spacious bathroom and three bedrooms. The living area leads onto the terrace, where you can enjoy the sunshine during the day and fire up the barbecue in the evening.

The enclosed terrace prevents children and dogs from wandering off independently. A swing and sandpit are provided. If you prefer relaxing at the beach, it's only about 700 metres from the house.
