As one of Søndervig's oldest holiday homes, built in 1932 and last renovated in 2023, it sits just 50 metres from the sea. The built-in fireplace completes its typical Danish holiday home charm.

Beautiful living area with heat pump and fireplace

The living and dining area is cosy, bright and modernly furnished. Large windows flood the room with natural light whilst offering lovely views over the dunes. Here you'll find the dining table, perfect for shared meals or fun games evenings. The fireplace creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere on cooler days.

The open-plan, well-equipped kitchen connects directly to the living and dining area, allowing you to socialise while cooking. The dishwasher takes care of the cleaning up afterwards. There's one bathroom with underfloor heating and two bedrooms. The main bedroom features a double bed, while the smaller bedroom has a bunk bed. The lower bunk can accommodate two people, with the upper bunk suitable for a child. Next to the bathroom, there's an additional room with a washing machine and ample storage space for suitcases and other items.

The energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump maintains comfortable temperatures throughout the year. Free high-speed fibre broadband is provided.

The holiday home features a fenced terrace on the east side where children or dogs can roam freely, and a sheltered terrace on the west side. Enjoy outdoor living with breakfast in the sunshine, sunbathing on the lounger, or evening barbecues. The holiday home is so close to the North Sea that you can hear the waves. It's just 50 metres to the magnificent North Sea and beautiful sandy beach. Take the children shell collecting, build sandcastles, enjoy a swim in the waves or take long walks with your dog.

Close to Søndervig centre

Søndervig's centre is just a few hundred metres away, perfect for shopping and leisure. You'll find welcoming cafés, restaurants, a large well-stocked supermarket and shops. For additional entertainment, visit the sand sculpture exhibition or the large Lalandia water park. The harbour town of Hvide Sande and Ringkøbing, situated right on the fjord, are also nearby. Water sports enthusiasts will find plenty to do at the fjord, with various activities and surf schools available.
