The apartment is part of a solid red-brick building and offers 60 m² of space, with the most recent renovation completed in 2023. The well-utilized floor plan makes it ideal for three people, featuring two comfortable bedrooms, a functional bathroom with a shower, a cozy dining kitchen, and a bright living room.

The fully equipped kitchen is openly connected to the living area, allowing you to stay together even while cooking.
