Welcome to Skodbovej 107, situated in the enchanting rolling heathland of Skodbjerge, just 800 metres from the sea. This holiday home offers a relaxing and well-deserved coastal retreat for up to 6 people and 2 dogs - full of Danish 'hygge' - whether you're sitting by the wood-burning stove, enjoying the large south-east facing terrace, or relaxing on the covered and sheltered evening terrace facing west.

Thoughtfully furnished with attention to comfort

Holidays should be relaxing and carefree, and you'll feel right at home at Skodbovej 107. Underfloor heating in both the living room and bathroom keeps feet warm, whilst the heat pump maintains a pleasant temperature throughout. During autumn or winter breaks, the crackling wood-burning stove adds to the cosy holiday atmosphere after a long beach walk.

If movie nights are part of your holiday routine, make yourself comfortable in the living room in front of the flat-screen TV, equipped with German channels (satellite) and Chromecast for your convenience.

The holiday home provides all modern conveniences including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Early risers will appreciate the bean-to-cup coffee machine. There's even a small chest freezer - perfect for storing ice cream to enjoy on the terrace in summer, or for keen anglers to store their catch.

At 80 square metres with three bedrooms, storage has been carefully considered, with wardrobes in each bedroom and drawer space in the bathroom. While the bedrooms are modestly sized, they're well arranged, with one bedroom situated at the opposite end of the house. Additional storage is available in the shed, ideal for firewood, fishing equipment, beach toys or other items.

Fenced grounds and comfortable terraces

In spring and summer, the holiday home's terraces are a particular highlight; the large south-east facing terrace allows you to follow the sun throughout the day and includes a barbecue for enjoyable outdoor dining. Part of the grounds is fenced, ensuring toddlers and small dogs can't wander off on unexpected adventures.

On the covered and sheltered west-facing terrace, you can end your day with a glass of wine while watching the sun set behind the dunes into the sea, just 800 metres away.
