At Skodbjergevej 28, you have 200 m² of living space and a well-thought-out floor plan at your disposal – giving you plenty of room to spend quality time together. The highlight of the house is its private wellness area featuring a swimming pool of approx. 20 m², a whirlpool and a sauna – ideal for relaxing, especially when the weather doesn’t play along. Even during the colder months, the modern heat pump keeps the temperature pleasant throughout the house, while helping to keep energy costs under control.

The open-plan living area is bright and airy thanks to large roof windows and a continuous tiled floor. The interior is designed to be functional and accommodate larger groups – comfort takes a back seat here. A flat-screen TV and wood-burning stove are available, as well as underfloor heating for added warmth.

The adjoining kitchen is practically equipped and includes a dishwasher, large fridge and an 80-litre freezer compartment – even anglers will find space here for their catch. Two bathrooms with underfloor heating ensure that there’s no morning rush, even with full occupancy. A washing machine and dryer are also available.

You’ll sleep in 4 bedrooms with double beds, plus there’s a sleeping loft with 2 additional beds – ideal for children or teens.

The house is situated on a lovely natural plot and features an enclosed terrace, ideal for relaxed hours outdoors. Especially practical if you’re bringing your dog along.
