This uniquely located holiday home enjoys a front-row position by the sea. The beautifully renovated fisherman's villa from 1914 offers stunning sea views from both the house and the terrace. The spacious backyard provides plenty of room for ball games, outdoor activities and relaxation. The house features four bedrooms: two with double beds (180 × 200 cm), one with two single beds (80 × 190 cm) and one with a single bed (80 × 190 cm), accommodating up to seven guests. The kitchen was completely renovated in 2020 and includes modern appliances, including a dishwasher. Beneath the house is a full basement, renovated in 2022 with new tiled floors. As it is partly above ground, it enjoys plenty of natural light, fresh air and even sea views. It provides a wonderful extra space for relaxing and indoor activities. There are two attractive bathrooms with showers, one of which was completely renovated in 2021. The harbour, local grocery store, Mikkeller Beer Bar, Aarsdale Smokehouse and Gorms Årsdale are all just a two-minute walk away. Enjoy swimming directly from the rocks in front of the house or from the lovely beach by the harbour.
