Very nice cottage in Vejers Strand, which invites you to a cozy holiday for up to 6 guests.
The summer house offers a wonderful atmosphere outside and inside, with good comfort and lots of fun for the whole family. The house is 77 m2 and is located on a 2000 m2 natural plot approx. 1000 meters from the beach.

The outside facilities offer a large and lovely partially covered south-facing wooden terrace, where the evenings can be extended and enjoyed under the cover, which also has a permanently installed terrace heater. The summer house is located on a large and beautiful natural plot with plenty of opportunities for play and ball games on the large lawn, and there are also cozy nooks around the house. 

Vejers center is within walking distance (1000 metres) or a few minutes' drive from the cottage, here you will find several restaurants, a bakery, a pizzeria, a grocery store, a drop-in kitchen selling ice cream and soft ice cream and much more.

The interior of the summer house:
Entrance with small wardrobe.
Lovely large bathroom with underfloor heating, sauna and spa with room for 2 people. Combined washing machine and dryer.
Kitchen-dining room with a good dining area integrated with the living room. The large room is bright and friendly, and there is a good view of the beautiful grounds through the many windows. There is direct access from the room to the wooden terrace, which almost becomes a natural part of the house. The kitchen itself is equipped with all comforts such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooker, hood and fridge/freezer. The living room itself has a sofa corner and a super cozy cozy alcove. There is also a wood-burning stove and of course television with Apple TV and there is also wireless internet.
The house has a total of 3 bedrooms: DB + DB + 2B.
On the large wooden terrace there is a good gas grill, dining table, sunbeds and two cozy lounge areas, one of which is covered and has a patio heater.

The house is heated with a heat pump, underfloor heating, electric radiators and a wood-burning stove. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Year of construction 1996. The house is being continuously renovated and a new large wooden terrace will be built in 2023.
