The heart of this house is the modernised kitchen with its island unit. The open-plan living and dining area provides space for everyone to gather, whether preparing family meals or relaxing in the cosy TV corner - a traditional Danish feature. Everyone will find their favourite spot here. Light-coloured walls and large glass frontage give the house its welcoming character.

 The large bathroom provides plenty of opportunity for relaxation, whilst both the main and small bathroom feature underfloor heating. The rest of the house is heated by an energy-efficient heat pump.

Generous outdoor space with large terrace

The living area opens directly onto the spacious terrace, perfect for sunbathing whilst also offering shelter from wind and weather. The lawn is ideal for children and dogs to play while you enjoy nature with a cup of coffee from your sun lounger.

Vejers Strand is a superb holiday region with diverse natural surroundings – from dune landscapes to pine forests. The house is situated in peaceful surroundings, just 0.6 miles (1 km) from Vejers Strand centre with its shops and restaurants. The rolling waves are approximately 0.75 miles (1.2 km) away. The long sandy beach is perfect for extended walks and swimming on warm summer days.
