The house contains: Entrance through a large entrance hall with washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of space for the wardrobe. From here there is access to 2 rooms, one with a double bed and one room with a narrow double bed. New bathrooms with shower/wc and washing arrangement, there is only access to the bathroom through the room with the narrow double bed. From the entrance you come into the house's living room with a newer kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, built-in oven, ceramic hob and microwave. Nice bright living room in open connection with the kitchen. The living room is furnished with a wood-burning stove, television, satellite dish and Chromecast (no Danish programmes). Wireless Internet access. Dining area with access to the west-facing terrace and view of the pool room. The pool room has approx. 5.4 x 3.5 x 1.15 meter (length x width x depth) large pool and spa for self-service. The house has an air to water heat pump to heat the pool to reduce power consumption. Bathroom with toilet, shower, washing arrangement and sauna. The house also offers 2 bedrooms, each with 1 narrow double bed. 4 bedrooms: DB+ DB + DB + DB. The external conditions offer several small terraces, so that both a mature dinner and the evening sun can be enjoyed on one of the terraces. There is a sandbox and a swing for the middle children.
