Cozy holiday home with a good view

The 93 m² holiday home is cosy and highly functional. It is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on a lovely natural plot with good parking facilities. The property borders a large protected forest and nature area by Lake Aarrild, offering excellent opportunities to experience red deer up close and enjoy the tranquillity of the forest on a walk or run. During autumn, the forest floor is rich with edible mushrooms.

Outdoor facilities:
The outdoor area includes a partially covered south-facing terrace with a patio heater, comfortable furniture, sun loungers, a gas grill and a charcoal grill. Perfect for enjoying long evenings during spring, summer, and autumn. Additional seating areas are placed around the property to match the sun's position throughout the day.

The holiday home:
A small entrance area provides space for coats and shoes. The bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating and completely renewed as off April 2026. The lovely living room features high ceilings, a fireplace, a dining area with a fantastic view, and access to the terrace. A wall-mounted TV can be turned towards the sofas, and several German channels are available. The house also offers wireless internet.

The kitchen is practical and well-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, extractor hood, and a large fridge/freezer. There is also a combined washer and dryer.

There are 3 bedrooms in total:
1 double bed (DB), 2 single beds (SB), and a small double bed (SB, 120 cm wide).

The house is primarily heated by an energy-efficient heat pump, which can be supplemented by the fireplace and electric heaters in the bedrooms. Two pets are allowed, and a small and a large dog bed are available. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Built in 1979 and renovated in 2013.

Location:
This charming property is located only approx. 1,500 metres from the beach, within walking distance of the nearest restaurant, grocery store, and a tennis court available for hourly rental (https://vejerstennis.dk/). The cosy town of Vejers Strand and its mini-golf course are also close by.
