The plot is a large natural plot of 1543 square meters surrounded by pine trees. The house contains: entrance hall with small utility room with washing machine and large hot water tank. Bathroom with corner spa, walk-in shower, toilet and washing arrangement. 3 bedrooms: DB + DB + DB. Spacious living room with large open kitchen with dishwasher, combined fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob and microwave. The dining area is in an open connection with the kitchen as well as a cozy corner with wicker furniture. The living room is furnished with a large corner sofa, television with Sat-TV and Danish TV (Boxer TV) from the sofa there is a view of the house's wood-burning stove. The living room is delimited by a half wall to the kitchen. Access to a large undisturbed terrace both from the living room and from the kitchen. On the grounds there is a climbing/swing stand and a sandbox for the children. Smoking is not allowed. Pets are allowed with max. 2 dogs.
