Lovely cottage for 4 people, located in a closed garden approx. 1500 meters from the beach. The house is also close to a wooded area.

The house offers an entrance hall. From here there is access to 2 bedrooms: DB + 2B, the bedrooms have no wardrobes available. Smaller bathroom with toilet, washing arrangement and shower cubicle as well as a top-operated washing machine. From the distribution corridor you enter the living room, which is in open connection with a new kitchen. The new kitchen features an induction hob, built-in oven, hood (coal filter), dishwasher and fridge with small freezer. Built-in storage cupboards. Lovely bright dining area with skylight and cozy sofa corner with television with Yousee streaming TV channels, wireless internet (200/200) connection and wood stove. The wood-burning stove can be enjoyed both from the corner of the sofa and from the dining area. To the south, there is a large window area with a garden door to a partially closed and partially covered wooden terrace. The house also features new parquet floors throughout the house, vaulted ceiling in the living room, and lightened walls and ceilings that give the right summer house atmosphere. The house is electrically heated, supplemented by a new heat pump and wood-burning stove. There is a charging station for cars by the house. Pets are welcome, but smoking indoors is not allowed. Year of construction is 1972, but the house was renovated in 2020. Electric cars can be charged at the house.
