Our stay was extremely disappointing. The pictures shown on the Belvilla website do not represent the actual situation. The open terrace does not exist and has been closed up and retained by the owner who lives there. He did not respect our privacy and walked in and out of our part of the house whenever he chose with his dog (!). The owner is extremely unfriendly. The house was horrible, no maintenance, chalk falling off the walls, no WiFi, not all aircos were working, the kitchen damp and smelly. And also dirty. The dishes and glasses were also dirty. The owner invited groups of friends over to use the pool so there was no sense of privacy at all. The windows in the living room are blocked with curtains from the outside so that there is no natural light coming in. The property was also mosquito infested due to poor maintenance of the ground, the table outside in the garden that we could use had a wasp nest that was not being taken care off. We tried our best to leave the house asap and luckily managed to find another place to stay at. This property should NOT be rented out as presented on the website.

I would like to warn everyone who is thinking about visiting this place. We arrived on Monday and our dog got attacked within 10 minutes on arrival by the owners dog. This palace is NOT pet pet friendly. After that you would think the owner will keep his dog closed but no, he demanded that we would put out dog away between certain times. The rooms are full of bugs and everything is outdated or broken and this whole villa should not be rented out anywhere. The owner of this property is a mean angry looking man and it's hard to communicate with him since he only speaks Italian and is not very handy with Google Translate. After an incident where he yelled at me to put away my dog so he could walk his dog in the garden we got into a fight and left on Thursday. He didn't care that there where children there when he started shouting at us and almost starting a fight and left 2 families amazed by his behaviour. We packed our bags an left immediately since the place was NOT save for anyone. The owners walks in when he wants and where he wants and there is no way that he wants to be flexible to the people he earns money from. Many more things have happened there but in short, don't go there if you want a happy vacation and feel save! This place should be banned from the internet and never be rented out again!

Beautiful location. The house is big and so much space to enjoy in the garden. We can choose where to eat outside, in the pathio, in the garden... We have a dog and she is having the time of her life. So it's our daughter with the swimming pool. Cleaned and cosy. The host is very polite and ready to help any time. We are very happy!
