The farmhouse is beautifully tucked away in the greenery, in a rural setting by the river Regge. The holiday home is a beautifully renovated front house of a monumental farm from 1736, which was completely restored in 2015 and equipped with all modern conveniences. In the process, the old details have been kept intact as much as possible.
You have your own large garden with terrace at your disposal with unobstructed views over the meadows and the Lemelerberg. Via a private path, which runs along the cowshed to the Regge, you can enjoy an old Regge pond and walk further into a beautiful nature reserve. There are plenty of parking facilities on the property or you can use the lockable shed.
On about 100 m² of living space, this house offers you a spacious living room, three bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The furnishings exude a warm luxurious atmosphere, making you feel right at home. It is suitable for seven people, with the possibility of adding an extra person on request. An extra bed measuring 90 cm x 200 cm can be added on request. The hallway leads to the living room. Here you will find a spacious sofa in front of the cosy fireplace and a dining table with chairs. There is a smart TV with internet connection. The kitchen is fully equipped, including, for example, a five-burner gas cooker. The first bedroom has two box-spring beds, bedside tables and lamps. The second bedroom has one box-spring bed and a bunk bed. The third bedroom again has two box-spring beds with bedside tables and lamps and a wardrobe. All beds are 90 cm x 210 cm (except the extra bed that can be added). The bathroom has a shower, a sink and the washing machine. The toilet is in a separate room next to the bathroom. The house has underfloor heating.
About 200 metres away is a restaurant. More good restaurants are accessible in the area. The accommodation is situated on the river Regge, between Hellendoorn and Lemele, overlooking the Lemerlerberg, the Eelder- and Velderberg and a stone's throw from the Sallandse Heuvelrug. From the farm you can start various cycling and walking routes. The Regge river offers beautiful fishing spots as well as canoe routes. For children, a day at the Hellendoorn Adventure Park is a must. Surrounding towns such as Den Ham, Ommen and Dalfsen are certainly worth a visit, as are the Hanseatic cities of Deventer and Zwolle. Bowling and a pancake house are about four kilometres away.

A child's bed (60 cm x 120 cm) and chair are available free of charge. There is also a tumble dryer in the barn in the yard. This barn is located right next to the farmhouse. There is also a barbecue here. Bicycles and other stuff can also be stored and locked here. There are two ladies' bikes, but should you wish to rent more bikes, electric, a children's or a men's bike, this is possible. There is a possibility to reserve sandwiches from the hot bakery. This can be arranged in advance or on site.
