The flat is perfectly equipped with all the necessary appliances, such as a washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, toaster, refrigerator, iron, hoover, TV set, two wardrobes and two comfortable deckchairs on wheels.
The flat also has its own parking space close to the entrance of the building. There is a lift in the building.
The excellent location and proximity to the beach make this an ideal place for those looking for a quiet holiday in a beautiful seaside town.

Grzybowo is a seaside town in north-western Poland. Kolobrzeg (7km) can be reached by walking, cycling or bus. The summer resort of Dzwirzyno is also in close proximity.
Grzybowo is characterised by a wide, sandy and well-kept beach. Due to the shape of the coastline, it has a higher water temperature than Kolobrzeg. It also boasts excellent walking and cycling paths surrounded by pine forests.

The grounds of the Sunset Resort are nicely landscaped. Between the buildings there are nicely lit patios with seating areas and well-kept lawns.

The flat has a kitchen with induction hob, microwave oven, coffee expert, kettle free of charge.

The distance to the beach is approx. 250m. There are footpaths and cycle paths directly by the Sunset Resort complex.
Kolobrzeg (the main town and spa centre) is 7km away. There are many restaurants, bars and a spa in Kolobrzeg.
