At the rear is the sauna, followed by a bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. There is also a separate ski cellar with boot warmers. In front of the cellar is a laundry tower (washing machine and dryer) and a sink.

The kitchen is fully equipped for 10 people, including two fondue pots and a raclette oven, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and various spices. The dining area in the same room is very bright, has a 2.80 m long solid oak table, and direct access to the balcony.
