Finca Buenavista is located in the village of Chilches, a district of Vélez-Málaga, in a privileged location. It consists of three buildings: the main building with 8 apartments and two other rural buildings in direct contact with nature.
Finca Buenavista was a former farmhouse that was completely renovated in 2007 by dividing the main building into 8 apartments of different sizes. The apartment "Almería" has an area of about 40 m2. The surroundings are rural, but it takes only 5 minutes by car to reach the not yet crowded beaches of Rincón de la Victoria and Benajarafe.
