The bright and inviting living room with a flat-screen TV and kitchenette features a sofa that can be converted into a bed for a child up to 5 years old. The stylish kitchenette includes a dishwasher, a four-burner ceramic cooktop, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, dishes, and more. The furnished east-facing balcony is accessible from the living room and can be opened to reveal a small lawn. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a TV, and blackout curtains. A travel cot can be provided free of charge, subject to availability. A highchair can be booked for a fee. The bathroom offers a walk-in glass shower, a toilet, a towel warmer, and a hairdryer. A small storage room is also available in the apartment. Free Wi-Fi is available in the holiday apartment. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Please use the balcony for smoking. One parking space (clearance 1.50 m, length 5 m: not suitable for oversized cars) and bicycle parking spaces in the building's underground garage are included.
