Each floor has an attractive outdoor area, with the highlight being the 360° roof terrace with sensational panoramic views. From here you can enjoy the view of the marina, the Baltic Sea, the Schleimündung estuary, the Schlei Baltic Sea fjord and the surrounding nature reserve.

Living and dining area on the ground floor

The light-flooded ground floor of the 102 m² holiday home Schleivilla Hafenblick by Seeblick Ferien ORO houses the open-plan living and dining area. From here you have direct access to the terrace by the sea - perfect for breakfast in the morning sun or a barbecue evening with a view of the harbour. The cosy living area invites you to relax with a sofa area and a Smart TV, as well as high-speed internet. A wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere in the cooler months of the year. Adjacent is the dining area with a spacious table and seating area. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired, including a coffee pod machine for coffee lovers.

Relaxation area on the upper floor

There are two bedrooms with water views on the first floor. The master bedroom, facing the harbour, is furnished with a double bed and offers access to a balcony and the large roof terrace. The second bedroom offers a view of the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and has two flexible single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with additional flatscreen TVs and blackout pleated blinds. If you have the lot to work while on holiday, this is by no means a loser. This accommodation has a height-adjustable desk in one of the bedrooms.

Wellness bathroom and other amenities

Also on the first floor is a modern wellness bathroom with shower and Finnish sauna cabin - with a view of the water, of course. There is also a guest WC on the ground floor.
