The house has two lovely bathrooms with showers. One bathroom includes access to an outdoor shower, while the other is equipped with a washing machine.

The property is set on a beautiful plot with a large lawn, perfect for play and outdoor relaxation. Several terraces with garden furniture, a barbecue, and sun loungers make it ideal for enjoying long summer days.

Boeslum Beach – one of the finest beaches in Djursland

Boeslum Beach is a mostly fine white sandy beach with grassy dunes and a flower-rich coastal meadow landscape. In some areas, the beach is a mix of sand and pebbles, but it is predominantly sandy. The water is clear but deepens fairly quickly.

At the beach, you will find toilets and a small ice cream kiosk. From here, you can enjoy views of Jernhatten, a popular excursion destination, and the small island of Hjelm.

The charming town of Ebeltoft is only about 5 km away and offers many attractions. Among the highlights is the famous Old Town Hall, one of Denmark’s most popular wedding venues. The cobbled streets are filled with small boutiques and cosy cafés.

At the harbour, you will find the renowned Glass Museum Ebeltoft, a leading centre for modern glass art, along with restaurants, shops, and the opportunity to buy fresh fish daily.

A visit to Ree Park Safari is also highly recommended – take a jeep safari and get close to wild animals.

Within an hour’s drive, you can reach both the Kattegat Centre in Grenaa and Djurs Sommerland, the largest amusement park in Northern Europe, offering attractions for both children and adults.
