The property is located on a large plot by the Mølleåen stream, complete with its own small lake. The original charm and atmosphere of the building have been preserved throughout, from the beams in the ceiling and the beautiful wooden floors to the lovely old doors and windows. Here, you’ll experience something rare in a truly unique setting, with all the comforts of modern life, whether you're hosting a family celebration or a holiday with several families.

The main section, with its impressive double door, is 180 sqm and accommodates 10 people. Just like the rest of the property, it’s thoughtfully decorated and furnished with a tasteful blend of old and new. In the spacious, bright living room, you gather around the original brick fireplace with a wood stove insert, and there is also a dining area for 10 people. The large, practical kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. The house offers 10 sleeping spaces, divided into two large, comfortable bedrooms on the ground floor with double beds, and on the first floor, two additional bedrooms with double beds, plus a living room with a double sofa bed.

The holiday apartment on the first floor of the old mill building features a lovely, light-filled living room with a dining area for 6 people and a cozy seating area. The new, well-equipped kitchen is open to the living room and includes a ceramic stove, built-in oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. The apartment has 6 sleeping spaces, with two bright, spacious bedrooms with double beds and one room with a bunk bed. There is a well-appointed bathroom with a shower cubicle and a washing machine. On the ground floor is Munkestuen, a light and spacious dining/banquet hall with seating for 22 people, kitchen facilities, and a bathroom.

The second section of the mill houses another bright and beautiful holiday apartment. From the entrance, you enter the large living room with two comfortable seating areas and a wood stove. The cozy dining area, which seats 6, is open to a well-equipped, spacious kitchen with a ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. This apartment has one large, comfortable bedroom with a double bed, one room with a bunk bed, and a double sofa bed in the living room, offering a total of 6 sleeping spaces. There is a well-fitted, regular tiled bathroom with a shower cubicle and a washing machine.

All three holiday apartments are equipped with TVs offering Danish (including TV2) and German channels, internet access, and baby equipment, including a cot and high chair for the youngest guests. Additionally, each apartment has either a terrace or balcony with good garden furniture, sunbeds, parasol, and a barbecue. The property also includes a rowboat with life jackets, which you can use at your own risk on the 1.5-meter deep mill pond.

Femmøller is nestled within the "mountains," yet is within easy reach of both Femmøller Beach and Ebeltoft. The town's former bathing hotel from 1909, now functioning as a boarding school, marks the beginning of tourism in the Ebeltoft area, which largely focused on nature experiences in Mols Bjerge. The popular hiking trail, the Italian Path, is part of the routes in Mols Bjerge National Park and begins at the end of Glads Mølle's grounds.
