The sloping ceilings and exposed roof beams give this house a special charm, creating an immediate sense of comfort. The ground floor features a welcoming kitchen-diner where you can cook, eat and spend cosy time together. There's also a spacious bathroom with a shower enclosure and warming underfloor heating.

In the living area, you can relax together on the comfortable corner sofa, watch a film or simply enjoy the crackling fire in the wood-burning stove. The living room connects to an additional sitting room with large panoramic windows offering stunning views of nature. A special highlight is the telescope for observing the unique starry skies above Grærup.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, perfectly arranged for parents and children. One bedroom has a comfortable double bed, while the other features three single beds. From here, you'll enjoy wonderful views over Grærup's dune landscape, and with the windows open, you can drift off to sleep to the sound of North Sea waves.

Worth putting on your dressing gown for an early morning dip in the North Sea waves, followed by morning coffee on the house terrace. Relax in the sun loungers on the terrace and soak up the sunshine. Children will find plenty to discover in nature here, and you might even receive visits from local woodland creatures.
