The bright and comfortably furnished living room features a wood-burning stove, an energy-efficient heat pump and direct access to the lovely garden. Adjacent to the living room is the well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a comfortable dining area.

The holiday home accommodates guests in two pleasant bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The neat bathroom is fitted with a shower.

Outside, the house is situated on a private enclosed garden with a large lawn, providing plenty of space for children to play, ball games and outdoor relaxation.

The holiday home area around Grenaa Beach is peaceful, family-friendly and one of the most attractive holiday destinations on Djursland. Close to the house you will find beautiful heathland and forest with excellent walking, running and cycling routes. The area is also home to Denmark's longest 23 km single-track mountain bike trail.

Grenaa Beach is considered one of Jutland's finest sandy beaches, offering soft white sand, dunes, shallow water, a sandy seabed and the prestigious Blue Flag award, making it an ideal destination for families with children.

The lively marina in Grenaa is filled with restaurants and cafés throughout the summer season. It is also home to the popular Kattegat Centre, where you can get up close to sharks and watch the entertaining penguins. Daily ferry departures from the harbour also make it easy to visit the beautiful island of Anholt.

The town of Grenaa offers a charming shopping street with cafés, restaurants and local shops, as well as the Museum Østjylland. From Grenaa it is only about a 30-minute drive to Djurs Sommerland, Scandinavia's largest amusement park, and approximately one hour to Randers Rainforest, one of Denmark's most popular indoor tropical attractions.
