Tasteful and modern amenities - fireplace and heat pump

You'll fall in love with this thatched holiday home at Havbjergevej 10A and its surroundings from your first glimpse. Situated at the end of a small cul-de-sac, your temporary home nestles perfectly into the heath and dune landscape.

The living area, combined with the kitchen and dining space, is inviting and features a friendly design. The house can be heated using an energy-efficient heat pump, but on cooler days or evenings, lighting the wood-burning stove creates a particularly cosy atmosphere.

The beautiful kitchen is well-equipped, including a dishwasher. It's perfect for cooking together and enjoying meals afterwards. From the dining area, you'll have a lovely view of the dune grass swaying gently in the wind - the large windows flood the room with natural light.

In addition to the attractive living area, you'll find 1 shower room with underfloor heating, 1 private sauna, and 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms, featuring both double and single beds, include wardrobes so you won't need to live out of your suitcase.

The sauna is a wonderful retreat, especially for those who enjoy warmth and relaxation. To cool down between sessions, take a quick run around the house or sit wrapped up warm on the terrace to admire the stunning starlit sky.
