With the most beautiful location and within walking distance of the water at Fejrup Strand, you will find this very cozy holiday home on a split level. On the ground floor you will find a cozy kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and a small cozy corner from which there is access to a terrace with garden furniture. Three large bedrooms all with double beds and from one of them, there is direct access to the terrace. The last two sleeping places are found in a cozy annex. Large bathroom with underfloor heating and washing machine. Off to the side is the cozy and well-furnished living room and dining room and from which you have the most beautiful view of the water and Mols Bjerge. For the little holidaymakers there is a high chair and cot. A really cozy house located on a lovely plot with a large lawn, suitable for playing and outdoor activities. There are both open and covered terraces and the opportunity to enjoy both morning and evening sun. The little holidaymakers have also been thought of here with a playhouse, swings and sandbox.  

The house is located in the scenic and unspoilt area at Fejrup Strand in the Mols Bjerge National Park area and here it is not far to the finest beach. It is about a 20 minute drive to Ebeltoft town with its many tourist attractions. Here you can experience, among other things, the old Town Hall and the Frigate Jylland. At the harbor you will find the Glass Museum, which is a leader in modern glass art and here you will also find several good restaurants and the opportunity to buy freshly caught fish. From the house it is a short hour's drive to the largest amusement park in the Nordic region, Djurs Sommerland, and the Kattegatcentret in Grenaa.
