From the very first moment, yuo enter this summer house, you feel the special atmosphere of the summer house. Large panoramic windows bring nature inside, the ceiling rises to the apex, and the choice of materials creates a calm and exclusive setting for your holiday.

Luxurious living experience - 3 floors of comfort

The natural gathering spot of the summer house is the large kitchen-living area, where there’s plenty of room for long dinners, cozy board game nights, and cooking together. From here, there is direct access to the big terrace, where you can enjoy the view over the dunes from the front row.

On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy lounge with comfortable sofas, a TV, and access to another lovely terrace, where you can enjoy the morning sun or a glass of wine in the evening sun in a peaceful setting.

With 5 bright and stylishly decorated bedrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone. The décor is simple and Nordic with a focus on comfort, so everyone can get a good night’s sleep after the day’s adventures.

If you’re up for some games and fun, kids and adults can challenge each other in the summer house’s activity room, which has air hockey and table tennis. The cozy bar area that creates the perfect setting for a relaxed evening after a day at the North Sea.

Outdoor Life and Wellness All Year Round

One of the summer house's truly special features is its many outdoor living spaces. Terraces on every floor allow you to follow the sun throughout the day or find a quiet spot out of the wind. The large panoramic terrace on the top floor offers a fantastic view over the dune landscape, while the covered lounge on the ground floor creates a cozy outdoor area where you can enjoy your holiday in almost any weather.

After a brisk walk along the beach, which is only 300 meters from the cottage, you can unwind in the cottage's hot tub, enjoy the warmth of the sauna, or rinse your toes under the outdoor shower*. Here, the perfect setting for relaxation and wellness has been created – no matter the season.

Outside, you'll also find the summer house's pétanque court, where family and friends can compete in fun tournaments. Together with the many terrace areas, it creates the perfect setting for long summer days and warm evenings under the open sky.

The cottage has both underfloor heating and air conditioning for optimal comfort all year round. The practical utility room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. A charging socket with a type 2 plug is installed for the electric car.
