The 115-square-metre living area comprises an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, two bathrooms, and a converted sleeping loft that's best suited for children due to its lower ceiling height. The main bathroom features a whirlpool that will provide fun and relaxation for both children and adults.

Cooking becomes a pleasure in the well-equipped kitchen, as does sharing meals in the open dining area. After dinner, gather around the large dining table for games night or enjoy pure comfort in the living area with a good book by the fireplace. Underfloor heating in the living area and bathroom provides pleasant warmth, while the integrated heat pump ensures energy-efficient heating.
