This thatched pool house, on a large and secluded plot in Husby, is ideal for an entertaining and relaxing holiday by the North Sea, accommodating up to 13 people. The house features an impressive pool area, with a swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna, as well as an open living room, with a wood stove and a Soccertable table football pool table table tennis. The garden is equipped with a swing and sandbox, and there is Chromecast in the house, so you can stream your favorite shows and movies. Additionally, there is a charging socket for electric cars.

With its 225 square meters on Græmvej 73, there is plenty of space for the whole family, including up to three dogs. The house is filled with amenities, that guarantee entertainment for everyone, whether they prefer relaxation or being active.

The pool area, is one of the highlights of the holiday home. You can swim in the 30-square-meter pool, with a counter-current system, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy the warmth in the sauna. The pool area has access to a bathroom, and there is another newly renovated bathroom in the house.

The 2023 interior is bright and inviting, with Troldtekt ceilings, that create a pleasant sound level and large windows, that provide plenty of natural light and views of the green nature. The open living room is the heart of the home, where the family can gather for meals and cozy evenings. There is a wood stove for extra coziness and the possibility of a game of foosball.

The sleeping arrangements are spread over five bedrooms – four with double beds and one with bunk beds. The loft, which is particularly suitable for children, has three additional sleeping places and is designed as a "play den" with a TV, PlayStation, and sofa. An air-to-air heat pump ensures a comfortable indoor climate, and there is also a wine cooler as an extra luxury.

The house is situated on a 5,000-square-meter plot, surrounded by tall spruce trees and dense shrubs, ensuring privacy. The new, large terrace from 2023 is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a grill, Trampoline and hot tub  perfect for enjoying the holiday days outdoors.

Both children and dogs will love the large garden, which invites play and ball games. For the little ones, there is a sandbox, swing set, and a playground with a climbing frame. There is also a shelter on the grounds where you can have a closer nature experience while preparing dinner on the grill.
