The holiday home is situated on a large, secluded plot in a quiet location on the North Sea coast, just a short drive or bike ride from the water. . Here you'll find a perfect base for beach days and walks in the adjacent woodland that stretches to the dunes of the North Sea. A large forest playground is nearby, where children and adults can enjoy nature – offering numerous opportunities for excursions into the West Jutland countryside. Upon your return, the house offers plenty of space to continue your vacation independently – both indoors and out – without everyone having to do the same things.

The interior layout is designed for togetherness. The kitchen and living room invite you to cook together, enjoy leisurely meals, and cozy evenings by the wood-burning stove. The summer house was renovated in 2021 and features three bathrooms with underfloor heating, making everyday life comfortable even when many guests are away at the same time. The six bedrooms are divided into four double rooms and two rooms with four bunk beds each – a practical solution for children, teenagers, or small families. The activity room with table football provides additional entertainment when the weather isn't so nice.

The expansive 5,500-square-meter natural grounds also offer a variety of outdoor activities. The sheltered terrace provides protection and security for children and dogs. Here you can barbecue, relax on the sun loungers, or end the evening in the hot tub. For children, there's a sandbox, swings, a slide, and a football goal, while the covered area and fire pit invite you to enjoy cozy hours outdoors. At this holiday home, there's something to do all day long without ever having to leave the property.

The practical amenities leave nothing to be desired: Wi-Fi, Chromecast, a TV with Danish and German channels, a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, an induction hob, and two fridge-freezers (80 and 120 liters freezer compartments). The vacation house is primarily heated by an energy-efficient heat pump, which can also be used as air conditioning. The wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth year-round. A highchair and a cot are available for young children. Thanks to the ventilation system with heat recovery, fresh air is always present in all rooms. The pool area and pool water are also heated by their own energy-efficient heat pump. Electric car drivers can use the charging station with a CEE plug at the holiday home. Up to two pets are also welcome.
