This large pool house on Øvej 17 in Husby, is a full 300 square meters and can accommodate 18 people. The holiday home with indoor swimming pool, is located on a 3509 square meter natural plot and is created for large families and groups of friends, who want to gather for good experiences. Here, the day can start with morning coffee on the terrace, continue with fun in the activity room and end in the indoor hot tub or the infrared sauna.

The house is not rented out to youth groups/party groups.

The holiday house from 2011, is peacefully located with about 2000 meters to the North Sea, so you have both nature and coastal experiences within reach. The area invites you to relaxed walks, fresh bike rides and excursions to the beach, where you can feel the wind from the sea and enjoy the open sky. The large plot offers plenty of privacy, and there is plenty of room for children, dogs and long days of outdoor vacation.

Inside, a bright and inviting home awaits, with 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, so everyone can enjoy great comfort. Four rooms have double beds, one room has two single beds and two rooms are furnished with 2 bunk beds in each - perfect for both children and adults. The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, 100-liter freezer, dishwasher and coffee maker, so cooking is easy for many guests. There is also a washing machine, dryer and underfloor heating, as well as a wood-burning stove that creates cozy warmth on cooler days.

In the large pool room, you can relax in the 6-person hot tub, while the children frolic in the heated swimming pool or whizz down the water slide. After a long day of activities, you can relax in the infrared sauna, which has a relaxing effect on muscles and joints.

The enclosed terrace makes it easy to relax safely with children or dogs, while the barbecue and deck chairs set up for long summer evenings. Children can have fun with the swings and sandbox, while adults enjoy the peace and quiet around the house. There is also a shed for storage and good parking at the house.

As the icing on the cake, the house offers a separate activity room with pool/billiards. In the living room there is a TV with Danish and German programs, as well as Chromecast and wireless internet - perfect for both shared coziness and quiet moments. A cot and high chair make the house family-friendly from day one and it is allowed to bring up to 3 pets.
