Ideally situated in the centre of Hvide Sande, this holiday home offers quick access to town, where you can fetch fresh rolls from the baker's, do your daily shopping, or simply stroll through the charming streets. If you prefer the fresh North Sea air, the beach is within easy walking distance. Fishing enthusiasts can choose between sea fishing or harbour fishing, with several fishing lakes also available in the surrounding area. The holiday home was renovated in 2022 to ensure a welcoming, modern feel with bright, friendly spaces. A highlight of Dakotavej 47 is the conservatory, perfect for shared meals or evening games.

The main house features two bedrooms, a comfortable living room with dining area, and a compact kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC, plus underfloor heating for extra comfort. The adjoining annex contains two additional bedrooms sleeping four people in total. It includes a small bathroom with shower, WC and underfloor heating, plus a washing machine and tumble dryer. A kitchenette allows you to store snacks in the fridge and prepare tea or coffee. The main house features two energy-efficient air-to-air heat pumps maintaining a comfortable temperature, while the annex has its own heat pump.

Enjoyable outdoor living

From the conservatory, you have direct access to a spacious wooden terrace offering privacy and relaxation. Here you can barbecue your freshly bought or caught fish from Hvide Sande and enjoy it with a glass of wine, before unwinding on the sun loungers.
