Welcome to Bodser Pedersensvej 3 in Kromose – a cosy holiday home that has space for 12 people and offers plenty of opportunities for socialising, activities and relaxation. The house was built in 2011 and renovated in 2020. It is located on a large plot close to the Wadden Sea and offers a combination of plenty of space, cosy living areas and many facilities for the whole family.

Bodser Pedersensvej 3 is located on a 2,546 m² plot, offering plenty of space for play and activities. At the same time, it is just 250 metres from the Wadden Sea, so the natural surroundings and unique environment of Rømø are right on your doorstep.

Spacious interior with room for the whole family

The holiday home is 147 m² and has four bedrooms, sleeping a total of 12 people. Three of the bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the fourth has two single beds. In addition, there are four sleeping places in the loft, which provides extra space for overnight guests.

The communal areas of the house have been designed with comfort and socialising in mind. There is plenty of space here to gather round mealtimes, enjoy each other’s company and relax after a day of exploring Rømø. Underfloor heating ensures a comfortable temperature in the communal areas, whilst the wood-burning stove helps to create a warm and cosy atmosphere on cooler days.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge with an integrated freezer compartment. It provides everything you need for both small meals and cooking together.

The house has two bathrooms with underfloor heating. There is also a sauna and an indoor spa, where you can find peace and relax after an active day on Rømø.

Activities for all ages

The holiday home features a well-equipped activity room, perfect for cosy and entertaining moments for both children and adults. Here, you can have a go at pool, table tennis and darts.

Outdoors, there are plenty of opportunities for play and activity. On the large grounds, you’ll find, amongst other things, a swing, a sandpit, a trampoline and a large bouncy pillow with room for all the holiday home’s guests. The wide range of play equipment gives children the chance to let off energy and be active, whilst the large grounds provide an ideal setting for outdoor life and group activities.

Large terrace with barbecue and outdoor spa

The large, open terrace provides a cosy setting for your holiday’s outdoor moments. Here you’ll find garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue, as well as plenty of opportunity to gather for meals and enjoy time together in the open air.

The terrace also features the property’s outdoor spa, which can seat up to six people. Here, you can sit back and enjoy the warm water under the open sky – the perfect way to round off an active day or enjoy a quiet moment during your holiday.

Close to the Wadden Sea and Rømø’s natural surroundings

Bodser Pedersensvej 3 is located just 250 metres from the Wadden Sea. This short distance gives you plenty of opportunities to experience the distinctive landscape and unique natural surroundings that characterise Rømø and the area around the Wadden Sea.

The holiday home is fitted with ground heating and underfloor heating in the living areas, which help to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the house. There is free fibre internet, as well as a Smart TV with Apple TV and German TV channels.

For the youngest members of the family, there is a children's bed and a high chair. The house is also equipped with both a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

At Bodser Pedersensvej 3, there are parking facilities as well as a charging point for electric cars with a Type 2 plug and a charging capacity of 22 kW.
