This holiday home, built in 2025, spans 110 m² and offers a functional and modern interior tailored for up to 8 people. The house is equipped with free fibre-optic internet and a flat-screen TV, ensuring you are always updated and entertained.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with an integrated freezer box, and an induction hob with an oven – ideal for easily preparing delicious meals that you can enjoy together in the evening in a cosy and quiet atmosphere.

Activity Opportunities for the Whole Family

The holiday home is much more than just a place to sleep – it is a true activity centre with facilities that inspire both play and relaxation. Here, you can enjoy a round of table tennis and billiards/pool to create fun moments with friends and family. Outdoors, you will find both an open and a covered terrace, complete with a gas barbecue and comfortable garden furniture, making it easy to prepare food and gather everyone for pleasant summer evenings in the fresh air.

In the outdoor area, there is a practical outdoor shower, while facilities such as a sandpit and swing make the place ideal for the little ones. For further well-being, the holiday home offers a sauna which, together with the other modern facilities, creates the perfect setting for relaxing after a day filled with activities. Furthermore, you can look forward to a lovely outdoor spa (hot tub), where you can enjoy the warm water under the open sky – a perfect end to an active holiday day.

There is also a charging station for electric vehicles at the house. The charging station is a ZapTec model without a fixed cable; it is therefore necessary to bring your own charging cable.
