Welcome to C.H. Schramms Vej 9 in Kromose – a modern and inviting holiday home, built in 2023. With 160 m² of living space, five bedrooms and room for 10 people, the house is well suited for a holiday with family or friends, where there is room for togetherness, activities and relaxation.

C.H. Schramms Vej 9 is situated on a large 2,350 m² natural plot and has an attractive location close to the Wadden Sea. Here you get a modern holiday home where emphasis has been placed on plenty of space, functional solutions and many opportunities to enjoy your holiday – both indoors and outdoors.

Bright and modern interior

The natural gathering point of the house is the large, open kitchen and living area, where the kitchen, dining area and living room naturally flow together. There is plenty of space for the whole family to be together, whether a meal is being prepared, games are being played at the dining table or you are relaxing in the living room.

The modern kitchen is well equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a refrigerator with an integrated freezer compartment as well as a separate freezer with a capacity of 60 litres.

The five bedrooms are all furnished with double beds and provide good sleeping conditions for the house’s 10 guests. In addition, the house has two bathrooms with shower areas and underfloor heating.

Activities for the whole family

One of the holiday home’s great advantages is the spacious activity room. Here, you can challenge each other to billiards, pool, table tennis, darts and arcade games. There is also a PlayStation 5, so children, young people and adults all have good opportunities for entertainment.

There are also plenty of opportunities for play and activities outdoors. On the large plot, children will find both a trampoline and a bouncy cushion, inviting them to enjoy lots of fun and play during the holiday. There is plenty of space to move around, play and enjoy the outdoors, while the large plot provides opportunities for the whole family to be active together.

Large terrace with lounge area, barbecue and outdoor spa

The large terrace is designed for cosy moments outdoors and quickly becomes a natural gathering point for the whole family. There is plenty of space to eat together, barbecue and enjoy the holiday days outdoors. The terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture and a cosy lounge area with a large sofa, where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

As a special highlight, you will find the house’s outdoor spa, where you can enjoy the warm bubbles under the open sky. The outdoor spa is ideal for a quiet moment after an active day or for rounding off a cosy evening while enjoying the surroundings.

Close to the Wadden Sea’s unique nature

From C.H. Schramms Vej 9, it is only 325 metres to the Wadden Sea. This gives you an excellent opportunity to experience the special landscape and unique nature that the area is known for.

The wide sandy beach is approx. 4.5 km from the house, while the nearest shopping facilities are approx. 2.5 km away.

There are also good opportunities for excursions in the area. For example, take a trip to Ribe, Denmark’s oldest town, or experience Rømø’s wide beaches and the many holiday experiences in the area.

Holiday with comfort

The holiday home has underfloor heating, which is heated by means of geothermal heating. There is free fibre internet, Smart TV and Apple TV.

For the youngest guests, there are two cots and two high chairs. At C.H. Schramms Vej 9, there are parking facilities as well as a charging point for electric cars with a Type 2 connector and 22 kW charging capacity.
