The house is built in 1930 and has been continuously renovated. The ground floor has a large living room with fireplace. The pool area is the eastern point of the house. The pool has aprox. 30 m2 with also a children's pool and a large sauna. From the pool area there is a door to the garden. On the ground floor there are also a kitchen-dining, 4 bathrooms with tiled floors and three bedrooms. From the living room there is access to the first floor, where there are four of the bedrooms and a long hallway overlooking the fireplace area. From the kitchen-living room there is access to a second floor with two bedrooms. The house is only 500 meters from a lovely beach.

The house is situated in calm and idyllic surroundings surrounded by fields and only 500 metres away from a nice beach. Langeland is known for its beautiful nature, the peacefulness and calmness which you can sense as soon as you cross the bridge to Langeland. Tranekær is a special place with the traditional timber-framed houses and Tranekær Castle which is worth a visit.
