The holiday home accommodates 10 people plus 1 child up to 3 years old. It offers 302 m² across two floors and was built in 2003. Pets are not allowed. The property is equipped with an energy-saving air-to-air heat pump, and the entire house has underfloor heating. There is also a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings.

The holiday home sits on a 4,600 m² natural plot. The sea is 30 km away, while the fjord is only 150 m from the house. The nearest shop is 3.5 km away. The property includes an open terrace and a barbecue. An electric car charging point with 11 kW charging capacity is available. Parking is provided at the house.

There are 5 bedrooms in total, with sleeping arrangements as follows: 10 beds in double beds, plus 1 cot for a child.
