A beautiful, modern holiday home from 2023 in Nr. Hede Vest, only 300 metres from the fjord and the cosy dinghy harbour 'Sandholm Havn'. There is a lovely child-friendly beach by the fjord. The house is cosily furnished with a large kitchen-living room where the family can get together. It has lots of small, cosy details and the outdoor areas invite you to play, eat and, last but not least, relax. A holiday home where there really is something for the whole family.

Layout: Beautiful large kitchen/dining room with access to the terraces. 3 good bedrooms, 2 rooms with a double bed and the last room with a 3/4 bed and 2 bunk beds. The house has 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, one of them with a bathtub and private access to the terrace – very handy if you come from the beach and want to rinse off the sand.

The house is heated with an air-to-water heat pump and an electric fireplace. Since it is well insulated, you have a pleasant indoor climate and low heat consumption.

In the outdoor area there are beautiful terraces as well as a lounge, the possibility to prepare food outside and a trampoline sunk into the ground. In addition, as a tenant of this holiday home, you have free access to the multi-halls in Sdr. Nissum, with sports hall, table tennis, playground, pool and fitness center.
