This charming 92 m² townhouse is located close to the center of Nykøbing Mors and is ideal for a relaxing holiday. The house has three bedrooms, two of which are on the first floor with two beds each. To access the second bedroom, you must go through the first. Additionally, there is a bathroom that can be accessed from both the back bedroom and the hallway. On the ground floor, you will find the third bedroom with two beds and access to a covered terrace. The living room is cozy with both a sofa area and a dining area, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher.

Behind the house, there is a covered terrace and a lovely small garden with a sofa area at one end and a small terrace under a plum tree at the other end. Parking is available in front of the house on the street.

Nykøbing Mors offers many exciting experiences. Visit the local history museum Dueholm Kloster, which showcases the island's history and has special exhibitions. The Danish Foundry Museum presents the old Morsø stoves and cookers. The town's pedestrian street connects the town with the harbor, which is lively all summer. In the season, you can experience the sun being played down every evening at 9 PM at the marina. Morsø Golf Club has a beautiful 18-hole golf course.

South of the town lies the scenic area Legind Bjerge with marked hiking trails and a mountain bike track. Jesperhus Holiday Park, also located here, offers experiences for the whole family with Scandinavia's largest flower park, a playland, a water park, Hugoland, bowling alleys, and much more.

On North Mors, you will find the Fossil and Mo-clay Museum, which tells 55 million years of history through the many finds made in the mo-clay on Mors. Skarregaard is an agricultural museum where time has stood still since 1958, and it is located in beautiful nature with a lovely nature playground. Feggeklit has a footpath around it and is known for the legend of King Fegge. Ejerslev harbor with a lagoon is a must-see, and there is a café open in the season. Salgjerhøj is the highest point on the island, and nearby is the famous mo-clay cliff Hanklit. Take a trip to the top and experience the fantastic view over Thisted Bredning and the beautiful hilly landscape.

On South Mors, you will find beautiful coastal meadows and bird-watching points at Agerø and Mågerodde. The island offers experiences for many days.
