Are you dreaming of a stay in a lovely holiday home where you can feel the sea breeze and follow a small path from the house directly down to a beautiful sandy beach? Then this summer house is the perfect choice for you.

The holiday home is situated right by the beautiful coastline north of Sæby, surrounded by open green areas. It accommodates up to 5 people in 3 comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a three-quarter bed, and one with a single bed.

The kitchen is simple but well-equipped, with everything you need to prepare your holiday meals: stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. There’s also a washing machine and a freezer available if needed.

The kitchen opens up to the dining area, and the living room is located in its own cozy “sunroom” section. Here you can relax by the wood-burning stove and enjoy the fantastic sea view over the Kattegat, which lies only 80 meters from the house.
As the coast faces east, you can enjoy the most beautiful sunrises every morning, and a small path leads you directly to the beach for refreshing swims in the sea. You might even catch your own fresh fish for dinner – this stretch of coast is popular among anglers.

The house features open ceilings with white exposed beams and has a bright, simple décor. There are two bathrooms – one with a bathtub and direct access from a bedroom, and another with a shower.

A patio door from the kitchen-dining area leads out to a lovely wooden terrace that wraps around the entire house. Outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill are provided, so you can enjoy sunny summer days and cozy barbecue evenings.

Area:
The holiday home is located north of Sæby in a charming and peaceful summer cottage area surrounded by sea and beach. The nearby sandy beach invites you to relax, swim, and fish. From the house, you can easily walk or cycle to Sæby Harbour or the town center via paths along the beach and promenade.

Sæby itself has a charming town center with many shops, cafés, and restaurants. Algade is one of the town’s most picturesque streets, lined with small yellow and red houses, hollyhocks, a church, and local artisans. It connects the town center to the harbor.

The harbor was expanded in 2022 with a large and beautiful new basin. In summer, it’s full of life with restaurants, ice cream shops, and cozy boutiques — a vibrant and unique harbor atmosphere with sailors, campers, anglers, and day visitors.

Sæby Torv (the town square) is the heart of the town, surrounded by great shopping and specialty stores. A new music stage has been built here, and during the summer, “Music on the Square” events invite you to enjoy food, drinks, and live performances.

Sæby is centrally located in Vendsyssel, making it a perfect base for excursions to Skagen, Aalborg, or the North Sea coast.
