In all seasons, this super charming holiday home is a great choice, as it boasts a unique location. It is close to the beach, offering breathtaking sea views with the island of Læsø in the background and the most wonderful seawater for swimming. Additionally, Sæby, with all its attractions, is just around the corner. The holiday home features a brand-new wooden terrace and a beautiful annex, and there is also an outdoor shower to rinse off saltwater and sand after a refreshing dip.

The holiday home accommodates 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms in the main house: one with a double bed and another with a bunk bed. Furthermore, there is a spacious annex with a double bed, connected to the house via a large wooden terrace – a great way to be together.

The house includes a small but highly functional kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, and dishwasher. The dining table is located in extension of the kitchen, while the living room is at the other end of the space. Here, you’ll find a sofa set, an armchair with a footstool, and a TV. A lovely rug on the floor and large windows create a bright and cozy atmosphere.

The entrance area is spacious with plenty of room for clothing storage. There is a washing machine available for use. At the other end, there is a small, cozy nook with a window, bench, cushion, and pillows – the perfect spot for children to play or for reading a book in peace.

The bathroom is a good size and beautifully decorated, featuring a shower and a vanity unit with storage.

On the wooden terrace, there is a brand-new garden table with chairs for 6 people, as well as additional outdoor furniture available for use. This is a true outdoor living space where wonderful days can be enjoyed to the fullest. The terrace provides shelter and is ideal for lovely summer barbecue evenings using the house’s grill.

AREA:
Perfect location – close to town and only 200 meters to the coast.
Just 200 meters to a beautiful sandy beach and the beach promenade, which leads all the way to the charming harbor of Sæby. Sæby Forest is also just 1,000 meters from the house, where the scenic Sæby River winds through the beautiful beech forest.

Sæby celebrated its 500th anniversary as a market town in 2024. In the historic town centre, you’ll find the abbey church, Sæby Miniby (a miniature village with houses from around 1900), the Coastal Museum, Sæby Watermill, and several local artisans around Algade.

On the outskirts of town, you’ll find a beautiful 18-hole golf course and Sæbygård Castle – both worth a visit.

The Coastal Museum has branches in Sæby, Frederikshavn, and Skagen, and tells the story of life by the sea – past and present. In Sæby, both Sæby Miniby and Sæbygård contribute to the local history.

About 10 km to the north lies Frederikshavn, where the Palm Beach (Palmestranden) is a must-see. The Bangsbo area also offers wonderful experiences, including a viewpoint, Botanical Garden, Deer Park, and excellent hiking and biking trails.

If you head even further north, Skagen has much to offer – including Grenen, where the two seas meet, and the famous Skagen Museums. Families with teddy bear fans will love the cozy Teddy Bear Museum. Other must-sees include The Grey Lighthouse (Det Grå Fyr), The Buried Church (Den Tilsandede Kirke), and Råbjerg Mile – all unforgettable experiences.

Sæby is also ideally located as a base for exploring the many attractions of North Jutland.
