This charming traditional summer house has a fantastic location at Sæby Nordstrand, just a few meters from the child-friendly beach and the idyllic beach promenade.

When you enter the house, you are greeted by an open kitchen that is integrated with the dining area and the living room. Large windows create a bright and inviting atmosphere while offering a stunning view of the Kattegat. It’s here that family togetherness truly blossoms, whether at the dining table or on the sofa with a good book.

The living room has direct access to a cozy covered terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the soothing sound of the waves. The summer house features three well-appointed bedrooms, all with ample closet space. Here, you’ll find comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 6 people, including a double bed, two single beds, and a bunk bed (80 cm x 210 cm).

The lovely terraces around the house always offer a perfect place to relax, whether you prefer the warm rays of the sun, a cooling shade, or a sheltered nook out of the wind. This summer house is the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday, where the beauty of nature and the comfort of home go hand in hand.

No rentals to youth groups. The renter must be at least 25 years old and present throughout the rental period.

AREA:
The area around Sæby offers plenty of opportunities for an active holiday, such as tennis and golf in the nature surrounding Sæbygaard Castle. The summer house is only 100 meters from the sandy beach. The beach promenade leads into Sæby harbor and the town center, where you’ll find a good selection of shops and restaurants in the pedestrian streets and at the harbor. In the center, the old town is a must-see, with beautifully maintained old houses, Fiskerstien, and the harbor, where there is a lovely environment and atmosphere.

In North Jutland, there are many exciting attractions and sights for the whole family. Sæby Miniby shows the city center as it looked around 1900. Sæbygaard also contributes to the history of Sæby with its historical setting. In Frederikshavn, the Gunpowder Tower and Bangsbo area are worth a visit. If you drive further north to Skagen, young children will be thrilled with the Teddy Bear Museum, and the Skagen Museums, the Gray Lighthouse, and Grenen are must-see destinations. On the west coast of North Jutland, the North Sea Oceanarium and Fårup Sommerland are big hits with children.
