The nearby town of Skærbæk offers plenty of shopping facilities and restaurants, while the island of Rømø, with its wide sandy beaches, is worth a visit and easily accessible. The famous bathing beach at Lakolk is 8.6 miles (13,800 metres) from the holiday home.
