In the beautiful area of Northern Djursland near St. Sjørup, you will find this cozy and renovated holiday home. The house includes a living room with a heat pump and a wood-burning stove, with access to a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Adjacent to the living room is the modern kitchen, which includes a dishwasher. There is also a new bathroom with a good shower niche. The house has sleeping accommodations spread across 3 bedrooms with double beds. For the little holiday guests, there is a high chair available. The house has internet. It is situated on a lovely plot with a large lawn, perfect for playing and outdoor relaxation. There is also a sandbox for small guests. The house is located close to 64010 and next door to 64029.

The house is situated in a truly picturesque area in northern Djursland. The beach at St. Sjørup is one of Djursland's most distinctive bathing areas. The shore has a predominantly fjord-like bottom, but if you walk out into the shallow water, you will reach sandbanks and then open sea as far as the eye can see. The traffic to the sandbank is mostly by prams, wagons, and anything else that can handle a trip through shallow water. The beach is almost like a tidal flat, with a clear distinction between high and low tide, tidal streams, and small saltwater ponds. About 10 km from the house, you’ll find the small ferry quay at Udbyhøj with a small marina and excellent fishing opportunities. From here, there is a cable-drawn ferry to the Randers side, and if you take the ferry over, you'll find a fine white sandy beach with a blue flag, offering some of Denmark’s cleanest bathing water. For those seeking nature experiences, the Fjord Centre, located close to the house, is highly recommended. Other local attractions include the Gl. Estrup Castle, the stone tombs near Tustrup, and Djurs Sommerland, the largest amusement park in the Nordic countries, located less than a half-hour drive from the house.
