Large holiday home with 3 annexes.

During winter 23/24, several windows were replaced, the roof was replaced and 1 room got new wall panelling.

In the main house there are 4 rooms (room 1: 1 double bed/2 box mattresses, room 2: 2 box mattresses, room 3: 1 double bed/2 box mattresses, room 4: 1 bunk bed with 2 beds) Kitchen has been renovated in 2022, windows in rooms in main house and annex 1 have been replaced in 2022, in annex 1 a new bathroom with washing machine has been made in 2020 and bathroom in main house has been renovated in 2014. Annex 1 has 2 rooms with 2 single beds in each room. In annexes 2 and 3 there are 2 single beds in each annex. Please note that there are a total of 8 bedrooms with 16 beds. It is possible to sleep more than 16 people, please contact us for more information. The house has fibre optic internet as an optional extra.

Between the buildings there is a secluded courtyard, part of which is covered, and a large wooden terrace. There is plenty of space for cars on the plot in front of the house.

In Teglgårdsparken there is a communal pool area from mid-May to the end of August (free of charge) and a playground. There is plenty of opportunity for many lovely walks in the scenic area along the Gudenåen river, where there is also fishing.
