This beautiful holiday home, built in 1993, is located at the northern end of Hvide Sande, very close to the Danish North Sea. It has a living area of 330 m³ and stands on a largely natural plot of land measuring almost 2040 m².

The holiday home can accommodate a total of 16 people and 3 pets for their holiday together. Originally, the house was built as a two-family house, which was then connected to form one. Eight bedrooms, five bathrooms and two kitchens guarantee enough space and privacy for individual families or several friends who want to spend their holiday here together. All bathrooms have a shower, and the largest bathroom also has a whirlpool and a sauna. Six of the spacious bedrooms – some with views of the dune landscape – have double beds and plenty of storage space for your clothes. One bedroom houses the connecting door between the two parts of the house.

There are three televisions with satellite connection so you can watch your favourite films or news programmes. A stereo system with CD player is also available. Make yourselves comfortable in front of the two wood-burning stoves, listen to the crackling of the wood as the flames blaze, and immerse yourselves in interesting or exciting conversations. In addition, the house is heated energy-efficiently with district heating and is therefore economical in consumption.

In the activity room, you can challenge each other to fun games of billiards, table football, air hockey or darts. For the sporty ones among you, there is also a small fitness corner with endurance and strength training equipment. Your children can let off steam at the back of the property by swinging, building sandcastles or playing a game of football.

On the south-western side, there are two large terraces that offer plenty of space for all of you or for a wide variety of outdoor activities. You can relax in the hot tub, enjoy barbecues together, let time fly by on the sun loungers or watch the sunset with the sound of the waves in the background. A cosy and wind-protected seating area right at the foot of the dunes by the sea completes the picture. This area of the property is completely fenced in, so children and dogs can play safely outside.

At the front, next to the garage, you will find a storage room with an additional large freezer and space for your surfing and/or fishing equipment. There is also an extra fish cleaning room in this part of the building.

This is an authentic townhouse in a Danish residential area, directly adjacent to the dunes. The public path to the North Sea with its long, wide sandy beach is located directly to the right of the house and is separated from the property by a high, privacy-protecting fence. The nearest shopping facilities are just under 1.5 kilometres away, and the lively centre of Hvide Sande with its restaurants, cafés, shops and harbour is 3.5 kilometres away.
