The house's floor area is 1500 square meters and offers plenty of space for both play and relaxation. The distance to the water is just 800 meters, making it easy to spend days at the beach or take a dip.

Inside there is a bright and inviting living room where you can enjoy yourself with family and friends. Here there is a wood-burning stove that creates a cozy atmosphere on those cool evenings, as well as an energy-saving heat pump that ensures the right temperature all year round. It can also function as air conditioning, so you can enjoy a comfortable indoor climate, even on hot summer days.
